It’s friday! And I have a new screensaver for you!

Yay nook screensavers! I’ve been having so much with these! This particular one was inspired by a counseling session years ago. At a time when I was struggling (ok, I still do) with anxiety the counselor had me write down three things about emotions:

1. They happen in the present

2. They demand expression

3. They long to be understood

Since being told this I’ve been meaning to make some sort of design so that I could hang it on my wall as one of those helpful little reminder. Starting this project seemed like the perfect place for it, because now I’m reminded when my nook falls asleep. My hope is that it will help you too.
